As well as posting property adverts on every major property portal, all of our ‘live’ properties are listed on our website – with floor plans and virtual tours as standard. Needless-to-say, our website is our main platform for selling properties and the hub of our activities. We spend a great deal of time and effort on an ongoing basis optimising it for the search engines, as a result of which we appear at the top of search results for all relevant property searches in France in multiple languages.

We work with a wide variety of journalists and editors working for publications in the UK, Europe, the US, the Middle East and Far East, and enjoy regular coverage in both magazines and newspapers.

We specifically do not have a High Street presence – whilst we do welcome clients to our office at Chateau Lacanaud, this is strictly by appointment. There are several reasons for avoiding a High St shop  – we do not believe that buyers at the prestige end of the market walk off the street; it enables us to focus our efforts on the internet, by far the most popular and wide reaching method by which buyers search for properties; it saves us from wasting your time as a vendor with ‘tyre kickers’ who fancy a day out.
