Traditionally, the inclusion or exclusion of fixtures can be the source of unpleasant conflict between the two parties to the deal. At Classic French Homes, we go to extraordinary lengths to ensure that this does not occur with our sales.

We list each and every object that could be construed as a fixture, fitting, item of furniture or equipment. Each item is photographed, the serial number of which appears alongside each item, together with a nominal value as proposed by you. This value is required by the Notaire, who is able then to subtract it from the value of the property – saving you possible Capital Gains Tax (‘plus value’).
