Buying property in France can be a daunting, time-consuming and cumbersome process - particularly when house-hunters are on the other side of the world. Quite simply our strategy is this - we find interested parties, we 'take' the properties to them, and then we conduct them through the purchase process with professional care and support:

Professional Photography

Rather than taking snaps to record a property, we carry out a professional photography shoot for each - indeed every photo that we use is of magazine article quality. Not only are they more evocative as a result, they are more accurate and comprehensive than standard estate agents' publicity - standing us in better stead to convey the full potential a property offers and to garner interest accordingly.

Floor Plans

Simple, unambiguous, clear - floor plans are the ideal tool for house hunters to evaluate suitability. Moreover, they act as excellent 'aide memoires' for properties once viewed. At Classic French Homes, we aim to produce floor plans as standard for every property we take on.

Virtual Tours

Viewed online, virtual tours are interactive panoramic images that allow users to view a full 360 degrees. Whether internals of principal rooms, or externally of a courtyard, or perhaps the facade and corresponding view, Virtual Tours are a great way to convey the full majesty of a property and its context.

Property Details

We take comprehensive property details, including dimensions and descriptions of key elements in each and every room, and all referring to the same label as rooms are given on the floor plans. In the majority of cases, a professional photo accompanies the description of every room.

IT Backoffice

We use an IT system that manages the portfolio and the process, uploading content to our website and allowing applicants to register online. It performs matches on our behalf, thereby promoting your property to suited applicants quickly and efficiently, freeing us up to provide a very personal service to you. Moreover, it tracks interest and actions on your 'account', allowing us keep you up-to-date with to progress and to adapt a property's marketing strategy to suit prevailing conditions.

Advertising, Public Relations and Publicity

We run ongoing advertising campaigns in both print (including Country Life) and on the web, judiciously aimed at high net worth individuals who are actively house-hunting. This is supported by public relations and viral marketing solutions to raise awareness of properties, agency and website.

Whilst the advertising and PR in place drives a good volume of suited traffic to the site, the array of property details, floor plans, photos and virtual tours allows applicants to search the portfolio according to their criteria (eg price bands, location, keywords etc), and 'virtually view' the properties online.
