Get ahead of the game

We email or mailshot property details to applicants as soon as they come onto our books, and before we launch wider marketing campaigns. Registrants are therefore able to get ahead of the game with new instructions.

Be kept fully informed

We can only keep you informed of activity of property if we know who you are and we can contact you! Whether a property is on the brink of being sold, or if there is a change in price, or indeed in those circumstances where a vendor may accept a much lower price - we will tell you if you are interested in it.

Get access to privileged properties

Very often we have properties on the database which are being marketed in a more low-key manner. Specifically, these are where owners have requested that the details are not made public but who would never-the-less want potentially interested parties to be made aware of them. We have all the usual details, but they are not published on our website. By registering, we can send you a full set of details including photos and floor plans of such properties which meet your specific criteria.

Property Search

Often we are aware of properties that are on the market with other agents, are soon to be on the market, or could be up for sale were owners suitably encouraged. By registering we are able to keep an eye out for properties which match your criteria - particularly if you can be specific. Please note that we normally only concentrate on properties over €500,000 unless something quite 'special'. Please contact us should you have any queries.

Your Information is kept private

We do not share information with any third parties and your personal information is kept private at all times. We won't bombard you with mailings and phone calls. We do try to build excellent working relations with clients in search of a their dream property, and registering is the quickest and easiest way to kick that relationship off.
