Pricing

Vendors in France often request an asking price substantially higher than they are prepared to settle for, so do bear in mind that some properties can be secured for quite a lot less. Conversely, other properties can be down-valued owing to renovation works required - so if you would consider works an option, reduce the lower price bracket.

Tip - extend your maximum up and minimum down to capture suited properties.

Using Keywords

Should you be searching for something specific, such as a Mill, use this box as a first step - it searches on terms used on the brief description.

Number of Bedrooms

Often properties for sale comprise several buildings, such as an additional guest cottage, staff quarters etc. Where this is the case, the total number of bedrooms is reflected in the shortened headline details and with searches. Moreover, the number of bedrooms stipulated only includes those which are deemed to be habitable currently, and do not reflect the total number of feasible bedrooms were renovations to be carried out.

Tip - increase the maximum and decrease the minimum number of bedrooms if your initial search does not return suited properties.

Notes on Search Results

Properties that are too big!

Our system only allows for a maximum of 32 'rooms', and 4 floor plans, for each property 'record'. Many properties in our portfolio are too large to fit in conventionally, and we sometimes therefore group descriptions of several rooms under one field with only one photo. Where this happens, we mention which room is being pictured. We endevour to produce a pdf brochure additionally - this will feature the majoirty of rooms complete with photo.

Addition Properties Available

At any one time we may have properties where owners have elected more discreet marketing methods. In such cases their property details are in the system, but are not set live to the Internet. In order to gain access to these, you will need to register with us first. This is free, and moreover will allow us to keep you fully informed of suited properties as soon as we take new instructions.
