Buying property in France can be a daunting and time-consuming process. Quite simply, we aim to be the very best at every stage of the process:

Handpicked properties

We are very selective of the properties we take on, handpicking only those that we deem to be desirable to a discerning buyer. The portfolio can be found here. Whilst we do not have a price threshold per se, our properties are all prestigious and therefore tend to be at the higher end of the scale. Where properties are priced under €500,000, we have taken them on because they:

• are smaller but offer something quite special - a stunning location or remarkable character;
• have great potential but require further investment (this is made clear in the particulars).

The Best Marketing Material

We take comprehensive details of the property, and combine them with professional photography throughout. By giving you high quality images, you are able to get an accurate 'feel' for each room.

Each set of details is accompanied by a floor plan to best convey the layout of accommodation in a way that is unambiguous, honest and clear. These enable you to fully evaluate a property's suitability for your purposes and serve as excellent planning tools and aide memoires.

We make virtual tours of indicative rooms and exteriors. These provide additional context to a property, allowing you to conduct a virtual tour of both interior and exterior.

Whilst we would always recommend visiting a property before deciding to purchase it, our marketing material is designed to give you the very best understanding of a property remotely and, we hope, give you vital assistance in shortlisting properties from the comfort of your home 24/7.

The information we record about a property, including imagery, is contained in a powerful Property Management IT Backoffice that can be accessed by you over the internet - allowing you to search for properties according to your particular criteria. Moreover, if you register we can inform you as soon as something suitable comes onto our books.
